These overnight oats taste just like a blueberry muffin but without all the added sugar and fat! Satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way. And give future you a break by prepping these the night before you want to eat them.

INGREDIENTS
Oats, 40g
Cashew Butter, 1 Tbsp
Ground Flax Seed, ½ Tbsp.
Blueberries, 50 g
Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk, 90g
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, dash
Stevia Drops, to taste
YOU'LL NEED
Small container with lid
INSTRUCTIONS
In a container, mix oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, ground flax seeds, protein powder, half of the blueberries, and stevia drops to taste.
Top oat mixture with cashew butter and the remainder of the blueberries. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Oat Flour, 40g
Almond Milk, 90g
Baking powder, 2 tsp
Almond Butter, 1 Tbsp.
Cinnamon, dash
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Maple Syrup, 2 Tbsp (for topping)
Plant-based butter spread, 1 Tbsp
YOU'LL NEED
Waffle Maker
Non-stick cooking spray
Serving plate + utensils
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat waffle maker. Mix together all ingredients until well-mixed. If needed, gradually add more almond milk as needed for desired consistency, but batter should be thick.
Spray both sides of the waffle maker with non-stick spray and cook waffles until done all the way through. Cooking time will vary depending on your waffle maker.
Top waffles with maple syrup, plant-based butter spread, and fruit of choice. Enjoy!

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Place the banana into a bowl and use a fork to mash it, then add the eggs and mix well together. Once mixed, add Vitalura Labs protein powder and mix until well blended.
Once blended, pour the batter into the pan. Flip the pancake once bubbles start appearing and cook for an additional minute. Repeat until the batter is finished.
