Plant Protein

I have a dairy allergy so whey proteins most common are a no go. This plant option from Vitalura is amazing. I have the vanilla, chocolate, and now tiramisu. I also add to my baked goods for an added protein

I love the plant based and whey protein I buy them both every month for different recipes. My current favorite is the plant based tiramisu. I put that in my coffee every morning and it really makes the best addition to my coffee while keeping my blood sugar stable with the protein. I’m really hoping they make the tiramisu a permanent flavor. It’s so delicious and I love the ingredients. I would also be interested if they made a savory protein powder for savory recipes.

Great for those with GI issues

The taste is wonderful and for it being plant based it shakes up pretty nicely! I have a hard time digesting other protein shakes without getting a stomachache. This one doesn’t bloat or upset me at all!
