    About Our Ingredients

    Caffeine and Theacrine: Most pre-workouts load up on caffeine which inevitably leads to an energy crash, but not us. We effectively dosed our pre-workout with a balance of each caffeine and Theacrine to give you a natural boost of lasting energy, without the crash.

    Additionally, we are proud to say that we are the first ever NSF Certified product ever to contain Theacrine!

    Rhodiola and L-theanine: Our goal with this pre-workout was to create a product that supports physical energy and strength, as well as mental clarity and focus. In order to naturally achieve this, we added Rhodiola to support mental focus and fight fatigue, and L-theanine to enhance mental clarity and support the effects of caffeine without the jitters!

    Electrolytes, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C: We want to be sure you are supported even after your workout is complete, so we added electrolytes, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C to maximize hydration and recovery, both during and after your workout.

    No Artificial Flavors or Sweeteners: Our pre-workout comes in two delicious Italian-inspired flavors: Strawberry Sorbetto and Limoncello, perfected without the use of artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners!

    Favorite Pre Workout!

    I was tired of the overly sweet energy drinks that are full of sucralose and artificial flavors and was looking for something that was just a cleaner energy option. I ended up loving this pre workout and drink it religiously, especially the limoncello flavor. It isn’t overly sweet, but just sweet enough and gives me just the right amount of energy I want for my workouts. Sometimes, when I need a little boost, I just like to drink it throughout the day because I enjoy the flavor and kick it gives. Thank you for making a pre workout that I don’t feel like is doing more harm than good for my body! ❤️

    Not quite as expected

    I’ve been using the protein products from Vitalura for the past year and absolutely love them. These flavors I couldn’t get on board with though. The product itself is great and does its job without leaving me jittery but for some reason the taste doesn’t do it for me. I literally gag as I’m taking the preworkout. But that’s just a taste bud preference. I’ll continue to be a vitalura customer for other products
