The first time I took this I had one of the best runs in a long time. Steady, controlled, confident, and full of energy. I didn't feel tingly but I felt energized.
Continuing to take this I have increased focus and, according to my Garmin watch, the most regular sleep cycles I've had in years. I find this part the most interesting and have tried to figure out what ingredients contributed to this.
I will say that I don't have the same buzz or energy I've had since the first time taking this, but the focus is there. So I like taking it, working out, and then returning to my job with the increased focus to be more efficient at work.
The flavor is very chemically and not good. But in a way, I prefer this so I don't drink more of it than necessary.
Overall it is a lot better for me than picking up the occasional energy drink or getting jittery off coffee -- so I recommend it!

Love the energy it gives.

I was tired of the overly sweet energy drinks that are full of sucralose and artificial flavors and was looking for something that was just a cleaner energy option. I ended up loving this pre workout and drink it religiously, especially the limoncello flavor. It isn’t overly sweet, but just sweet enough and gives me just the right amount of energy I want for my workouts. Sometimes, when I need a little boost, I just like to drink it throughout the day because I enjoy the flavor and kick it gives. Thank you for making a pre workout that I don’t feel like is doing more harm than good for my body! ❤️

I’ve been using the protein products from Vitalura for the past year and absolutely love them. These flavors I couldn’t get on board with though. The product itself is great and does its job without leaving me jittery but for some reason the taste doesn’t do it for me. I literally gag as I’m taking the preworkout. But that’s just a taste bud preference. I’ll continue to be a vitalura customer for other products
