I have followed Anna Victoria since her paper FBG workouts and I have always felt I can trust the information she puts forth. I feel the same way about her vitamins and protein powder. The first thing I always notice is the smell of a vitamin. That always seems to be the aftertaste of one too. Vitalura multi-vitamins are so easy to take because there is no smell at all and no aftertaste! I just started taking them so I can't tell a difference yet in eneregy levels or overall feeling better but I do know I am getting vitamins in my day because of them that I wouldn't be otherwise. I decided to try this because it was on offer when I ordered my protein. I’ve never had much luck with vitamins but since the protein is so amazing I thought I’d try them. I’m so glad I did, because I actually saw a difference after day 1, and I actually want to take this vitamin! I had more energy, and felt better. So if you’re thinking about it, get it.

I have been taking the Vitalura Multi Vitamin for about three months now. My favorite thing is that it can be taken with or without food. I have been so consistent with taking it because I keep it on my vanity and take it first thing in the morning. I am 60 years old and know that consistency with taking a high quality multi is important. Although “feeling” the effect from a multi can be hard to determine I do feel I have more energy.
